Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace (EOWW)

The Dean and the General Manager are extremely pro-active as regards EOWW issues and the consensus amongst female staff currently is that there is no need for a formal committee to be formed. EOWW reports are a standing item on the Faculty Executive Agenda and staff are encouraged to raise issues at any time with the Faculty coordinator. There will be a number of informal meetings during the year and staff will be regularly informed of appropriate activities within the University such as the Women and Research seminars.
