Music and Health

Music and Health explores the ways that all people can use music to promote health. It presents and debates a range of ways to grow through music, including developing creativity, discovering joy, increasing self-esteem, building confidence and promoting communication. Drawing on knowledge from the application of music in society, this subject will inform and challenge.
This subject is available to BMus students and as a breadth subject to all non-music students, regardless of musical background.
