Faculty of Music - Non-practical Exam Timetable

Semester 2, 2009

Examination details are also available online the Undergraduate Noticeboard opposite Room 107.

All students should note their exam times in their diaries and ensure they are familiar with exam locations. Please note that most music exams do not appear on the Student Portal so it is important that you refer to the School of Music - Parkville website and noticeboard for exam information.

For practical examinations, please check details of instrument, teacher and subject carefully and report any inaccuracies to the Front Office. Arrangements for an accompanist should also be made, where appropriate.

Any clash with another assessment should be reported to the Front Office urgently.

The examination period runs from 9 - 17 November and students should not make any arrangements within this period that would interfere with their ability to attend exams.

Special requests for particular examination times cannot be accommodated, nor can exams be changed to suit accompanist availability. Changes to examinations can only occur in exceptional circumstances.

Students seeking a change to their examination schedule on the grounds of exceptional circumstances should make an appointment, through the Front Office, to discuss this with the Academic Programs Manager.
